Kelsy Webb has joined the Chinowth & Cohen Realtors Edmond office.  Webb was born and raised in Yukon, OK and graduated from Yukon High School. She attended Oklahoma State University where she received her Marketing Degree, with a Minor in Management. She also studied Marketing at the Spears School of Business. 

Before decided to enter the real estate field, Kelsy worked for a logistics company, in a customer service position for clients such as PepsiCo, Tropicana, and Smuckers. This experience helped her develop skills such as customer relations, pricing negotiations, and organizing the logistics of the home purchase process, all vital in her real estate business today.

Kelsy, a recipient of the 2019 Rookie of the Year award, grew up in a family in the home building world for over 40 years. As her father, brother, and husband are all builders she has a strong love for new contruction homes and the full design process. A full-service agent since 2018, she is familiar with residential and new construction listings in the OKC Metro area, including Edmond and Yukon, where she currently lives. 

Kelsy is dedicated to making sure her clients have the best experience possible. “I know the stress the real estate transaction can bring buyers and sellers,” Kelsy says. “Communication and my availability are necessary to accomplish that goal.”
